In this video, I do a body update and explain what I am happy with and my body goals for the future. I describe how I am using exercise and diet to achieve these goals.
My exercise regimen includes a short cardio warm-up, weight training, body weight training, movement training and yoga. Regarding my diet, I do daily intermittent fasting with an 8 hour eating window. I eat only home-cooked organic food and nowadays my macros are 30% fat, 30% protein and 40% carbohydrate. I find this food breakdown to be the most beneficial for my body goals. I also give several examples of meals that I currently eat.
