I’ve been using a foam roller for about a year and I love it. It’s the best thing I’ve used for releasing tension from my muscles, especially after an intense leg workout. Since I started using a foam roller, I started to recover faster from workouts and have more flexibility in my body. I also love using it to relax my back after spending too much time sitting at the computer. I think the foam roller is a great alternative for a deep tissue massage!
