For the last couple of years we had cows in the farm. It all started because we wanted our own supply of grass fed, raw milk so we got Marta, our first cow. A huge normande cow who appeared to be very friendly when we met her. While living here she had a couple of heifers which was so exciting. Having our own cow was so nice! We were able to make lots of kefir, yogurt, cheese and not to mention the lovely yellow cream.
In today’s vlog we deal with a goat emergency, then meet a friend for lunch in Bogota where we face some crazy weather and later in the day Lupe gave birth to a couple of super cute kids.
In today’s vlog I show you my workout in the sun, show Marta and her new calf Lucy who was born just a few days ago which means we have milk again which I’m turning into cheese and kefir. I got some great potatoes at the farmer’s market which Jonathan used to make a super creamy and buttery soup and lastly I relax before bed with a sheet face mask.
In today’s vlog I was in the farm all day doing different chores and making videos. I give you a mini garden tour, trim the goats’ hooves which is one of my least favourite farm chores, film some videos, make some turmeric milk and lastly I make a truly delicious dinner with some eggplants, tomatoes and mince meat that I had in the fridge.
In this vlog I went out for a japanese lunch, had a workout at home, show you around the garden including the growing compost pile and make a super quick, easy and healthy paleo dinner. It was a nice relaxing day 🙂
In this vlog I go for a walk in the rain, throw the ball for the dogs, make some raw cheese from kefir, have a workout out on the patio, go to the farmers market to buy vegetables and plant pots, and do a bit of gardening.
