A couple of weeks ago I went against my intuition and had a couple of slices of rye bread. A few days later my face was full of bumps all over, specially in my forehead and cheeks and I also got some really big and painful spots on my forehead and temples.
Although I have healed my acne, I am still prone to getting breakouts from things like stress, lack of sleep and in this case, eating the wrong foods. In this video I share with you the things I do in order to clear up my skin and prevent the acne from getting much worse. Simple tips that help lower inflammation and redness.
