Recently I posted a picture on Instagram in which I told you I was invited to “That Paleo Show” podcast. This was such a fun experience! Podcasts are one of my favourite things to listen to when I’m tidying up or doing the dishes and I love how there are so many incredible ones about the paleo diet and healthy lifestyle. That Paleo show is an Australian podcast hosted by Dr. Brett Hill which focuses on health and lifestyle with a focus on the Paleo diet.
During the interview we talked about food quality, home-grown food and home-raised meat, homesteading in Colombia, how we manage our homestead, etc. I very much enjoyed sharing these things about my life, and my opinions about a healthy diet. We also discussed my struggle with acne which only ended when I began eating the paleo diet.
