In today’s video I talk about my diet of today and how it is affecting my body since I quit the Paleo diet. If I was to describe my diet now, it would be 95% primal and 5% other foods such as occasional beans, quinoa and rice (when I can get organic rice that is), or 90% paleo with 10% dairy, beans, quinoa and rice.
I could also say my diet is a traditional diet which is a diet that falls in line with the principles of Weston Price. However, I don’t like to call my diet traditional because it is a very broad term that includes plenty of foods that I don’t eat. I also like sticking to organic and local food as much as possible.
