Here are some simple tips to keep rosacea under control and I’m also sharing the best face cream I have ever used. My skin is very sensitive and it reacts to pretty much everything and this face cream has made my skin a lot softer, less red and very moisturised.
Here is the recipe for the tallow based cream. Tallow is a very calming and nourishing ingredient for skincare. This cream is very rich and it will not contribute to any more redness or irritation on the skin. The tallow is the star ingredient in this cream; feel free to use any other oils instead of the olive and avocado oils based on your preferences. The most important thing is for these oils to be naturally liquid at room temperature so that the cream has a nice consistency (meaning tallow is the only solid fat).
Rosacea face cream recipe:
Ingredients: Makes 100 ml of cream
-8 tbsp tallow previously melted
-6 tbsp avocado oil
-2 tbsp olive oil
-2 tbsp pure aloe vera gel
-The inside of 2 evening primrose oil capsules (a total of 1000mg)
-Once the tallow has melted, take it off the heat and let it reach room temperature
-Add all the remaining ingredients mixing them very well together
-Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes until the mixture reaches a balm consistency
-Take it out of the fridge and whip the cream using a hand blender or a regular blender
-Place in clean glass jars and enjoy!
