In this video, I show you a legs and core workout done partly on gym machines but mostly outside with free weights and a bench. Then I make a huge and delicious post-workout breakfast consisting of a protein pancake, fruit and porridge.
In this vlog I went out for a japanese lunch, had a workout at home, show you around the garden including the growing compost pile and make a super quick, easy and healthy paleo dinner. It was a nice relaxing day 🙂
