I’ve been having a lot of fun lately sharing the food I eat in a day. I like simple food that is full of nutrition too and always high in healthy fats that keep me full and satiated for a long time. A lot of people think that eating a high fat, low carb diet means there will be very few possibilities when it comes to food choices so this is why I enjoy sharing my meals, to show that there are endless, delicious ideas and that it never gets boring eating this way.
The meals shown in the video are:
Breakfast: A couple of scrambled eggs (from our own chickens) with 1 chopped chorizo and fresh chives; fresh homemade goats cheese, lacto-fermented daikon radish and a cup of black tea.
Lunch: Spinach soup made with bone broth, onion, dill and peppermint and crackers made with almond flour, fresh rosemary and egg topped with ghee and anchovies.
Afternoon snack: Chocolate smoothie made with full fat coconut milk, a couple of tbsp of raw cacao powder, half a banana, macca root powder, raw liver pills and cacao nibs on the top.
Dinner: A soup made with vegetables and beef ribs and on the side, a glass of raw milk kefir.
